Refund policy
If there is a problem with your order, please contact oli.whale@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order, with photos and details so I can do my best to fix the issue.
I cannot give out refunds for change-of-mind, or if information was entered incorrectly upon purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Prints
If your print has been damaged in the post or you have received an incorrect order, please let me know, and provide images of the damage so I can liaise with my printers to organise a replacement.
Originals
All original works are carefully sealed and packed, but in the unlikely event of damage, artworks are posted with full insurance so please take as many photographs as you can upon receiving the parcel so we can make a claim.
Commissions
All commission works are carefully sealed and packed, but in the unlikely event of damage, artworks are posted with full insurance so please take as many photographs as you can upon receiving the parcel so we can make a claim. I cannot refund if you are unhappy with the artwork on arrival, as every part of the commission process requires your approval, and the final work is approved before shipping.
Refunds & Replacements
If your order cannot be fixed or replaced, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
